My own journey has been long, complex, and at times difficult. Along the way, I have gathered not only the wisdom of lived experience but also extensive training in a wide range of therapeutic approaches. These trainings have shaped me as a psychotherapist and helped me to heal myself, ensuring that I can meet you with depth, compassion and skill.

Over the years, I have trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy, EMDR trauma work, Akashic Reading/Consultancy and Soul Midwifery. This breadth allows me to adapt to the individual needs of each client rather than fitting you into a single model.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: that no matter how fragmented, hopeless, or disconnected you may feel, healing and reconnection are possible.

AKSW is the Akashic Knowing School of Wisdom founded by the Akashic Consultant, Healer, Master teacher and author Lisa Barnett. Courses 1 and 2 here are the culmination of Lisa’s 30+ years working with the Akashic Records. Jennifer is an AKSW certified Akashic consultant and healer and is currently working towards her teacher training certification.
